(RIGL) were trading more than 84% higher in Thursday's pre-market session after the company reported that its oral syk kinase inhibitor, R788, intended to treat patients suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis demonstrated significant results in a recently completed Phase 2 clinical trial. As of 8:42 am ET, the stock was trading at $14.62, up $6.62.

If the stock opens at pre-market levels, it will jump above resistance and will be on track to close at a new two-year high."
